That's what I'm trying to find out too. Just got a 3070ti few weeks ago and I'm thinking about pairing this with the 5600x.

I have a Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite and it works well. I was not able to use Q-Flash+ to update the BIOS without CPU/memory/drive installed, but fortunately the motherboard was able to boot with my Ryzen 5000 CPU anyway. The box didn't state it was Ryzen 5000 ready but the board was. Once it was booted into the BIOS I used the regular Q-flash to update the BIOS to the latest Gigabyte version for the motherboard, that included USB fixes and Ryzen 5000 improvements.
Hoping the motherboard lasts as I didn't buy an extended warranty, oops.

Not this board in particular but their customer service is garbage. I sent a board in for RMA (warranty claim). They made me pay to ship it, said there was nothing wrong with it, sent it back still broken, and filled the return box with random cardboard, used packaging materials, and other garbage. I am never buying from them again.
That's funny cause I'm still getting regular updates on my Gigabyte B450 AORUS Pro. In fact I've owned it way more than your said year.
Recent research while considering Win 11 educated me that most if not all Gigabyte mobos have the TPM support but do not include the module. If you want to go Win 11 consider this in your list of concerns since TPM is required for Win 11.
I also saw that some modern AMD (Ryzen I think) get throttled hard with Win 11. Not saying anything negative about the Processors but do your homework if Win 11 is in your plans. Hate to see people invest so much to have it feel like a waste or needing to do a lot of work to get performance that should be there out of the box.
Hope the info proves useful if considering this or any mobo choice.

If its an 8th gen or newer you don't need the module, just turn on the firmware tpm.
