Very well rated 18v high torque impact wrench by TTC on YouTube beating out the Milwaukee high torque.
Free shipping with code: freeship

From direct tools outlet:
Refurbished 1 year warranty
Blemished 3 year warranty -LSA (lifetime service agreement) eligible after registration within 90 says of purchase.

I've had a much easier time registering all my blemished purchases from direct tools than I have from home depot. In both instances they approved all of the 20+ tools I've registered.

Steps to register from direct tools from memory.
1. Go to ridgid power tools registration. https://register.ridgidpower.com/sign-in
2. Enter model number off the BOX -it may be different than the one on the tool.
3. Enter serial number of tool.
4. Enter purchase date and select other when asked where it was purchased from.
5. Select direct tools outlet from the list.
6. Review and submit.
7. Upload copy of order confirmation from email and save to the tool. I usually print to PDF.
This is the most important part to get quick approvals
8. Go to your dashboard.
9. Click on the "action required" button on the tool. It has a red box around it.
9. Click the hyperlink on the word "here" where it says " Complete this form here" to have your request reviewed within a week.
10. Add previously uploaded receipt again by clicking choose existing one.
11. Click send.

They will review and approve LSA status.

Blemished tools from direct tools outlet qualify for LSA with registration. I've been able to register completely online and my tool purchases here get approved much faster than those from home depot. All blemished tools looked brand new in retail packaging.

Maybe edit to "High Torque Impact Wrench" or similar. A torque wrench is something else entirely. Literally looked at this because I was thinking of some kinda 18v torgue wrench and was wondering what it would look like.

Octane line is being discontinued and it's believed the newer impact will be downgraded as this impact was punching above it's weight. Torque test channel showed it beating out it's Milwaukee sibling on the Dyno when both are made by TTI.

I haven't seen the YouTube video but based on specs it provides 100 ft./lbs. more breakaway torque than the Milwaukee M18 high torque. It also has a 3yr warranty vs. 5 years for the Milwaukee. Perhaps it's not a bad deal for those already on the Rigid platform.

Are you both sure?

Checking DTO's warranty info, it says:
RIDGID Warranty Information
RIDGID Three-Year Limited Warranty
- All RIDGID Factory Blemished Power Tools and Outdoor Equipment are covered by a 3-year warranty.

If you register for the Lifetime Service Agreement, it kicks in after the regular 3-warranty expires.

1500 ft-lbs. Yeah, that'll loosen my lug nuts and then some.

This is a great deal! I had the Ridgid 18v midtorque (pre-Octane) and it was phenomenal and never skipped a bit. If I had not just bought the Milwaukee High Torque, I'd be all over this. Great find OP!

I use the baby brother of this and have had no issues with it. I've done everything from crank bolts to lug nuts.

This thing is a BEAST! Get the smaller one(s) if you're doing lug nuts and regular automotive stuff. I have all their impact guns (compact 3/8, compact 1/2, the regular 1/2 and this high torque 1/2) and this guy only comes out for big jobs. It's heavy and awkward but packs a huge punch. It's awesome when working on heavy equipment. Even the compact 1/2 will remove lug nuts on our 3/4 pickups so the high torque is way over-kill for most things. All of these are so awesome.

In the past, the directtoolsoutlet used to clearly state that on their site. I was looking and can't find that verbiage anymore - wonder if something has changed.
