The new Costco Business Warehouse on Capitol Expressway probably has it. That warehouse has a lot of different things than the regular warehouses.
Just go buy a tub at Walmart. Costco doesn't seem to have easily spreadable margarine any more. Or buy this, put it in a butter dish (need to cut these bricks in half) and leave it out on the counter. It doesn't go bad quickly and if you are worried, just put it back in the fridge.
Butter is better for you than margarine anyway…
Call any Costco store and ask the operator. My receipts don't lie.
Each membership gets 2 account holders (different account #), 1 primary, 1 secondary
The primary member can get 3 total and the secondary can get 3 total (either salted, unsalted or a combination, not 3 of both salted and unsalted)
Total of 6
Last year when they did this sale the limit was 6 or 8 per membership, it sucks that they cut down the max per member
I found the Kirkland brand to be very similar in taste and quality. It is definitely cheaper than Kerry Gold. It Is from New Zealand though and not Ireland.
We have Unsalted in NorCal Bay area. Best butter. I have never seen a butter more yellow!

I agree, if watching for health risks, neither is great for you. But if someone is using margarine because they think it's better than butter, well, not really. Each has different types of fats and many margarines are high in trans fats. So it's a pick your poison and use sparingly type of thing.

No manager override is necessary. Once a day you can make the maximum purchase. If the limit is 3, they mean it is 3 per day, for as long as the limit is posted. If you have a second name on your account (which is free, but must have ID matching your account address), that person can go in and purchase the limit amount every day. If you try to buy out the pallet or something insane like that, the manager will likely step in to stop it. If you need to make a huge purchase of dog food/treats, you can talk directly with the manager to see if they can arrange something separately from what is on the floor. No idea if they can do that. Costco doesn't want people coming in to see an empty shelf, if they can help it. If someone needs pet food, they want to make sure there is stock on hand for others.
I encourage you to call your store and ask. They will tell you the same thing. If there was a time limit associated with the number limit, it would be shown. It's not.
