Come on. You returned what you bought 4 years ago and are proud of it?

Go with the Asus. I've tried both and got much better coverage from the Zen.

On another note, apparently Netgear makes you pay for tech support after 90 days to actually use your warranty. That was a no go for me.

If price adjustment is possible any reason I shouldn't just buy now? Our current router struggles in our new house and I don't want to wait.

That's what I did, and will request the price adjustment on the 15th.

conflicted between these or the ASUS ZenWiFi AX6600 I got for 377. Anyone have any thoughts? I've been reading some pretty poor reviews about Orbi/Netgear (and their paid support) in general on SD the past few days.
I'm also torn between the Zen and this 753S. I still need to buy a new cable modem too.

Amazon also has it for $349 already.

Edit: My mistake, it's the 2 pk for $349

Orbi is the king , Asus is not reliable.

Haha, but in all seriousness, think about outdoor spaces as well. Mowing the lawn, out in the yard, etc. Plus real-world range can be quite truncated based on floor plan and housing materials. I'm strongly considering this kit at this price.

So much truth to this. I have roughly a 3000sq foot house, but its a simple layout wide open cape. I have one in the center of my home in my basement, one hardwired on the right side of my house on main floor and the third hard wired in my garage (main level). The garage satellite provides my entire useable yard with wifi basically (lawn, play area, shed, outdoor speakers etc, nest cams). Its is awesome.

I have over 70 devices on the older model RBR50 without issues, but do plan to upgrade to these. My devices include latops, tablets, tvs, streaming devices, smart speakers, cameras, outlets etc.

what about the eero 6 (non-pro) 4-pack for $299? This is for all routers (no extenders). All have 2 ports for wired backhaul, or split and give away.

Costco actually ships you 2 2-pack.

Product page says 40+ concurrent device at a time, RBK853 says 100+ devices at a time. if it more than 40 devices....?

I can't speak to the RBK753 as I don't own one yet, but many examples online of the older RBK50 handling 70+ devices without issue, which it was marketed for 25+.
