Yes, it has one bank of soldiered 8GB ram and one removable ram slot that has an 8GB module so you can remove the ram on that to put in up to a 32gb ram module for a total of up to 40GB ram

Not an error. The Ryzen CPU has the Vega 8 GPU built-in. Some spec sheets will include it. Some won't.

Spec-wise, the Lenovo is going to be comparable to the cheapest Dell XPS 13" you can find. Price-wise, the Lenovo will be cheaper, likely due to build quality, although the 14" Lenovo looks to be full Aluminum whereas the larger 15" has an aluminum top cover, and plastic bottom. The 14" will feel more sturdy and solid overall and closer in build quality to the XPS 13"

The last laptop I owned was a Dell XPS 13" and the build quality on those is phenomenal, however you do pay a high price for it. I very nearly pulled the trigger on this Lenovo, but at the last minute changed my mind. Nothing wrong with the Lenovo, but I think I'll wait for a Costco deal, as I'll get a 3 year warranty if I purchase with my Costco Visa.

Marginally faster than mx150/250 but probably not enough that people would care or really see. But at least it's not separated and use lower power so that's a win for it vs the mx..

Check the various links for full specs. Click the link for platform specs to see what you can and can't do in terms of possible changes.

Also, Aluminum lid, PC+ABS bottom.

65W usb-c charging (i.e. freedom!)

Wireless-AC - why?? Easy enough to change though.

Battery
Integrated Li-Polymer 45Wh battery, supports Rapid Charge Pro (charge up to 50% in 30min)
Integrated Li-Polymer 60Wh battery, supports Rapid Charge (charge up to 80% in 1hr)
Max Battery Life
MobileMark® 2018: 10 hr (60Wh)
MobileMark 2018: 7.5 hr (45Wh)

For the people wondering about the screen, there is this available down the road if you can find/acquire one at a good price:
15.6" FHD (1920x1080) Non-touch IPS 300nits Anti-glare 16:9 1200:1 100% sRGB 170°

WOW! For those wondering which ONE?!
The 14" is full Auminum?
https://psref.lenovo.com/Detail/T...21A20089US
Is the touch because you want to use a stylus?

External Wacom-type things work very well.

If not, I suggest looking for a "dell inspiron chromebook 14 7486" - Why?? It has WACOM EMR Battery-less Stylus built-in. On ebay, people are giving them away imo. It has one of the best screens 100%+ sRGB, and VERY color accurate I've seen on any reasonably priced device. I have 5 of these to do what I need to do in the remote world. They are all 8th gen i3 processors. I bought them all on ebay for about $200 each for an all-aluminum build.

The Thinkbook 14 is a 14" screen and the 15 is a 15.6" screen. Posted specs a little off.

It's decent but it's not great. It will work just fine for the majority of people though. 300nits brightness is enough. The color accuracy and quality is probably not ideal for professional photo or video work though.

The processor here is more than enough to meet those needs. The Ryzen 7 5700U is a powerhorse.

Yep, touchscreen along with a stylus is a must. Unforunately, chromebook doesn't seem to run too friendly with a lot of apps that I will be using.
