A couple different Zoa Energy Drink flavors are now 50% off on Amazon. These are a healthy energy drink and somewhat of an "Aquired taste". I kinda like them.

If you're the 'everything in moderation' type you'll be just fine drinking a can of something sweetened with artificial sugar once in awhile. It's not going to kill you. I would avoid downing several cans of this stuff a day but 'not in excess' is a pretty hard and fast rule for most things that aren't vegetables.

Care to give a bit more details? Not saying you aren't correct, but what health effects have you seen and how do you know that the effects are from energy drinks?
