If you're the 'everything in moderation' type you'll be just fine drinking a can of something sweetened with artificial sugar once in awhile. It's not going to kill you. I would avoid downing several cans of this stuff a day but 'not in excess' is a pretty hard and fast rule for most things that aren't vegetables.

If you're the 'everything in moderation' type you'll be just fine drinking a can of something sweetened with artificial sugar once in awhile. It's not going to kill you. Most things are safe in moderation.
That said, I concur that these taste like vitamins smell. Which is gross.

You may want to look for a caffeinated drink without either real or fake sugar. (Sadly I hate the taste of coffee so thats out for me)
