EDIT: You can mix & match the 8/$12 as long as you have 3 of each of your selections (so you can have 2 selections, 4 bags each or 3 of one, 5 of the other = 8 for $12; if you want more, you can get the same $1.50 per bag price for multiples of 3 bags w/ even number total to get the BOGO, i.e. 3 selections, 4 bags each or 4 selections, 3 bags each = 12 for $18).
