1) appointments for tires can be made on the phone, online, or instore. That DOES NOT automatically mean your tires will be on hand when you arrive unless they put them aside or you placed an order to accompany your appointment.
2) Goodyear is a solid brand; generally speaking tires in the same bracket price point perform similarly, driver is biggest influence.
3) New tires when not mounting a full set should be put on the rear. It is significantly safer there especially as we approach winter.
4) Get your alignments checked ideally whenever you have a new set of tires put on, but the techs would be able to give you an idea if you need it if it was severe enough.
5) Road hazard warranty is very much recommended these tires are 65k miles and with prices rising across the board it is very worth it.
6) On that note the sale is for the one-time balance option at our store customers are able to upgrade to the lifetime balance for $2 more per tire. Again highly recommended to guarantee the life of the tires.
7) Forgot this one for those big truck people. Saw it after and thought man can't believe I forgot it. Going up one size is generally ok. Tire sizes are listed. xxx/xxRxx if your number goes up to the next in the sequence once is fine. Beyond is ymmv we do not go over 1 size difference at our store unless they are already on the vehicle and show zero signs of scrubbing.

Bridgestone Ecopia 422 (Plus) is awesome for priortizing MPG
Edit: Sorry, I misread your question. Idk the answer, sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
I can't comment on those but I do plan on purchasing them on Nov 5. Reviews looks favorable other than a couple commenting about road noise. Hopefully tire prices stay the same and don't increase for this sale.
I also haven't had them to comment, but I am going to buy them when the sale starts. This is perfect timing, as our minivan needs new tires.

It should be free but if anything it will cost you an extra $5 to rotate the new ones to the rear
You can mix and match, new and old tires but Walmart doesn't mount old/used tires on rims. definitely try a different Walmart Auto Care Center if that specific one doesn't want to
