I would love to have the CR 6 SE. we will see if they follow through. Please keep this thread updated if they ship or replace the order. But I'm in for the raffle and not too worried because of Newegg is reputable at resolving customer issues.

I think this really is Creality's own newegg storefront. Their seller profile seems pretty desperate to resolve order issues. Not sure if bait and switch was intended from the very start or if it was a legit pricing or stock quantity snafu. I just replied to the "inquiry" informing I am able to wait for restock and to keep my original order. May just end up waiting a month only to have it cancelled anyway but worth a shot I guess
Considering I can order one directly from Creality's site I don't think that's the case. I got the same offers. I don't know if I should deal with them, Newegg or my CC.

Edit: I contacted Newegg and they said my card should be refunded within 24 hours.

Thinking about telling them to send the CR-200B instead. Seems like a good price for it. It isn't the Ender 5 Pro, but still looks nice for the price. I did see some comments mentioning the plastic extruder being a problem though.

Do you know how the CR-200B compares to the Ender 3 V2 as that is the other printer I have been looking at?
This looks suspicious...the link they sent for the CR-200B is to this seller on NewEgg for $384.99
https://www.newegg.com/p/288-00B4...XGKEDY2131

However, 2 other sellers on NewEgg have the CR-200B on sale for under $230 Confused

I just want a refund at this point.

I requested to cancel the order to avoid any further mess.

Interesting. My email had links to "Anself" on Newegg. I just emailed them and told them to cancel my order. All of it just seems strange.

Sucks this didn't work out for you guys.
I was going to put my microcenter pro 3 on FB marketplace in hopes this would deal would come back.

Now I'm not sure what do to.
Do I keep the pro 3 since it is my first 3D printer and I'll learn with it?
Or do I flip it and see if a better printer goes on sale on black Friday?
What are your guys thoughts?

I'd keep the Ender 3 Pro. My coworker gets really impressive prints with his. I was hoping to score that Microcenter deal myself, but the nearest one is 4 hours away.

I'm gonna sit and wait. I have a Ender 3 pro with a bad motherboard. So I was planning on fixing that up in my spare time and then use this to print. But since I don't know if this will get shipped I will just give them 1 week to sort it out and get my printer. Either way I'm not out anything and I have something to tinker on.

Did some research, looks like the Newegg seller is equivalent to creality3d.shop, which is just an "authorized" reseller trying to appear that they are official. Mixed reviews on .shop, probably low odds of fulfillment

Anself is still emailing me asking me to reconsider. They are throwing in some free filament now. Seems they want take no for an answer. Any one else still getting emails from them?

I got a follow up email as well. This is a slow process. But hopefully they will ship soon.

Yes, I received 2 overnight and 1 this morning after replying that I want to cancel. I contacted newegg and they are sending a message to the seller as well.

I contacted Newegg yesterday and they contacted the seller to tell them to cancel. I got two emails from the seller AFTER Newegg contacted them to cancel trying to get me to accept a substitute which is "inherently more expensive and of better quality". What's funny is they used Newegg's request to cancel to send me the latest offer. Definitely shady.

It really does seem shady. That is why I don't want to take a substitute.

No email last night. Seller has gone quiet. Contacted Newegg again today and they said they cannot cancel the order directly. Still have the hold on my card. Will probably have to do a charge back on the CC at this rate. What a mess. Not ordering from Newegg marketplace (and possibly Newegg itself) ever again.

Has anyone got anything affirmative from the seller? A shipping notification or cancelation?
