So is 3mil standard thickness on these things or is this one of the better brands to get? I really need around 1000 (eventually) and the cheapest options on eBay are around $41-$44. I just don't want overspend on these if they aren't any better, I don't mind stocking up if it means saving money (hence my addiction to slickdeals).

Depending on what you are doing with them, I don't particularly like to go with anything lower than 5 or 6 mils. But I also don't really like the cheap gloves.

Having never used these, though, I'd say they're probably about the same as the cheapest ones you get from Lowes/Home Depot, since those are 3 mil, too. So they're ok, but expect them to tear pretty easily.
