I cannot get my code to work.

In the Regal app it keeps telling me I need a minimum of two tickets. I am trying to buy four.

On the Regal website it says the code cannot be used at "this showing."


Any ideas?

I tried to use the code on 2 and 3 early bird tickets (before 12 pm) but I got that error. Then I tried it on 2 matinee tickets and it worked suprisingly so buy matinee or try evening tickets.
