No. This battery provides more current for brushless applications but same amount of capacity. Watch a YouTube video to see performance comparisons. The 4x number is comparing vs a battery roughly 4x smaller.

The only thing that makes sense is that "standard lithium" means their small regular battery. 4AH is the capacity that is the total energy which is directly proportional to run time.

Anyone know how they doing this? Moving form 18650 batteries to 21700 batteries. I don't see it possible to get 4x still.

A couple years ago, they have the starter kit with two of this battery, a charger, and a tool bag for $99 (or $129?) plus a free tool bundled. I got a couple of those starter kit for around $50 each.
