Yup. It will charge a phone without a MagSafe case. Also, it comes with a magnetic ring that you can install on the outside of any case to make it magnetic (which helps the charger stay aligned and stay in place).

I've had this charger for a few weeks and I'm pretty happy with it. It's good for travel because I can just stick it on the back of my iPhone 13 pro and it keeps it charged while watching a movie. It charges slowly but I like the convenience of the built-in kickstand and not having to mess around with cables.

I'll give this one a shot. It's too expensive to buy the $80 one from Apple haha (although so far, only Apple are making 15W wireless MagSafe battery packs sighhhhhh), so "settling" for 7.5W @ $20 isn't so bad...

The apple one doesn't charge at 15w though. When it's used as battery pack it only charges at 5w

Right, but it does "passthrough" 15W wireless charging if you're charging the powerbank as well, yes?

At about 1/5 the price of an Apple MagSafe battery pack, this thing rocks. This can be a kick stand, a holder to hold the phone with just a finger.

Works great got it last week for $40 and it has enough charge to charge all phones at least 1 time to max and it sticks to mag safe case perfectly. And it has ring so you hold it while using or use as stand to watch movies or play games etc. definitely recommend for $20.

AFAIK, only the Mophie Snap+ and the new Anker MagGo 622 can charge wirelessly at 7.5w. All other "Magsafe" battery packs charge at 5w including this one.
