Not sure about the plotting software it uses but were the gcode file to be made with the intent that the motion commands included 'pen stroke' like movements... Then yes it could be used to make handwritten-looking pieces... I HIGHLY doubt that the software they use with this machine will generate files in this way... Its default plotting software will probably just draw things in a series of lines/dots much how an inkjet printer works.
