i bought this 2 person kayak a month or so and have used it once. it was good for 2 people, didn't track quite straight when paddling but much better than one person. i'm light at around 125 and the kayak just pivots a lot with only me in it. was comfy to sit in, it cannot keep up with friends in real hard plastic kayaks in term of speed, but i'm on the water, didn't need to have a roof rack, and it's easy to load into my trunk.

the material and build quality is vastly superior to the intex kayaks which are good, but mostly fancy pool toys in terms of material. this has replaceable bladders and pumping it up is very easy since the PSI is low.

i ordered some paddles on amazon for like 35$ for two 2 piece paddles.

Its a different design comparing to intex - its a skin and three inserts. Also no oars? Strange choice.

Anyone have experience with this kayak? I have an Intex that I've been happy with, but know it's a matter of time before I need a replacement

i got a intex K2 last time, how does it compare ? so far i like how this seems to have a fabric floor, i would image that it might be more comfortable with bare skin.

I would like to know too. The K2 comes with paddles but it would be only $40 more to this price. So, if you do the math, which the paddles cost $20 each, it would be the same price.

Not sure if this is really a good deal unless someone can tell me how it's better than the K2. Only good deal if you have paddles already.

For what it's worth from reading some reviews, folks who have both say this is wider with more leg room which is essential for me. Also, my k2 double got punctured in the first five minutes and the k2 single person kayak is so uncomfortable imo.

I've been looking for something to upgrade my Intex K2 and this looks like a fantastic deal. For those not aware, Decathlon is a major international chain with a limited presence in North America. Not sure why Wal-Mart is carrying their stuff, but happy to benefit from some clearance deals.
