Avoid those with suction cups like these. Unsafe, and them falling off the window have resulted in psychological problems with cats.

These ones that rely on suction cups are pretty flaky and prone to popping off, resulting in the entire thing falling. The styles that have bars to rest on underneath are the ideal types (pretty much any support underneath really).

Also, not sure why everyone is ripping apart the earlier poster simply for mentioning cats getting psychological problems from falling. That wasn't even the main point of their post and your comments aren't helpful.

I have had this one on a window for 18 months and a hefty 12lb cat that uses it several times a day. I have to work at getting the suction cups off. I did clean the window with 91% alcohol first then place the suction cups. Mine love this thing!

Mine also fell after even with extensive cleaning of the glass. After a few times they're afraid to use it.

Nothing like that exists. A Maine Coon will top out at 18 pounds. You might want to find a local carpenter to build something. A platform with steps, maybe.

I've owned this perch since April 2021 (bought it for $25).
I use it on an East-facing window. I prep the glass with isopropyl alcohol. It's been quite solid!

I have suction ones and k&h are the best ones put there.Sure you can get hardware and attach but none work like these in small spaces.
You need to be on the lookout for the auction cups starting to get loose and they never fall.The cat from hell episode is made more dramatic for tv and had very careless owners who just never monitored the thing.
