Unfortunately all of your devices from your Alexa account will show including anything Alexa adds from home assistant and you'll have to manually disable the duplicates. You also have to log it back in ever 30 days.

Decided on a 2nd a few minutes later, and it was to arrive the day after the first, but I just got the cancellation on the one that did not ship.
This item is great at my front door to tell me the Ring Alarm Status with a routine I created.
