The Bio Bidet doesn't get much use anymore as the wife and I strongly prefer the Toto, but it is more expensive. Guests who are new to bidets and use the Bio Bidet (now in the guest bath) generally enjoy it, as we did before moving on to the Toto.
I'd suggest anyone to get one, doesn't necessarily have to be these.

I have both the Bio Bidet 6800 and the Toto SW2044 (slightly different model). The Toto is much more powerful when you turn the 'Soft' option off and it puts out a lot more water/second. I'd say the Bio can only get up to a 4-5 where as the Toto can go all the way to 10 in terms of water pressure. However, I find this pressure to be too much and prefer to be in the ~7 range. The Toto's air filter works much better at eliminating smells, though the charcoal filter does need to be replaced every 12-18 months at ~$30/pop. I find the Toto more comfortable to sit on and it also sprays inside the bowl when you sit down to help prevent anything from sticking to the walls (Bio Bidet doesn't have this). The air dryers on both don't work well as it is much faster to use a little TP to dry off and be on your way.

I was afraid it would leak or that it was garbage, but I've had it several months with no trouble at all. I'm a guy and probably would never would have tried one unless I hadn't seen all the positive reviews. Now that it's cooler in the Fall, the water is unheated but no problem at all.

Both of the non-electric models have much more pressure than this one. It is a common complaint in the reviews and is absolutely true.
Dryer function is basically worthless. It takes 3 minutes and still doesn't completely dry.
Hot water and heated seat features doesn't really seem worth it to me either.
There are also parts that can be difficult to reach to clean.
The biggest advantage over the non-electric models I've had is the self cleaning sprayer which is actually great.
I don't really think this model is worth it since the ~$25 non-electric models actually work better for the main purpose of the thing.
Also the sticky tape on the remote holder will tear the paint off your wall if you ever take it off. I recommend using the screws.

Besides that, what others have mentioned holds. Blower takes too long and cooks your giblets. Nozzle does get dirty and needs to be cleaned manually occasionally. It will seize if ignored. I have no idea what the nozzle tracked inside...
I've seen TOTO seats in hotels. They did seem better built. Not sure if they last longer.
My other toilet has a $30 sprayer. Besides the unpleasantness of the cold water, it's quicker and cleans just as well.
