No. These are not toys for children, resin contact with skin will cause chemical burns. Gloves(nitrile), and eye protection should always be worn, a respirator is also handy due to the fumes some resins give off. Resin prints then have to be cured with uv light. It's a really messy workflow, though it does produce amazingly detailed stuff.

The only way you could make it work is to get it for yourself and you print out parts for her to use in her crafts(once resin is cured its safe to touch ungloved).

After reading reviews im happy to try this for the price.
Already have an idea of what to double for issues and sorting them out shouldnt be difficult.
if you buy this you want to make sure you have a v2 unit with good screens. look up what this means so you can make sure you get a good working printer.

Per CCC lowest price ever was $140. SLA printers tend to be difficult to work with, but for this price and with Amazon returns I'll give it a shot.

I haven't found SLA to be difficult at all. It's been way less problematic than FDM for me.

After using two Monoprice FDM printers and a Monoprice Pen Display; I wouldn't touch any of their printers or alt-products again. Support for drivers is non-existent and they switch manufacturers more often than their underwear.

If you are new to SLA and are thinking of making this your first, since there is no way of removing the build plate on these without touching resin make sure you always wear gloves. That's good practice with resin anyway but especially true when you don't have a build plate attachment to hold the plate by when handling it.
