For the most part these are good headphones. As of late they've been very irritating because the charging mechanism randomly decides not to charge one of the sides. Super frustrating when i go to use and discover one is dead.

Found somebody on you tube that said "licking" the charging connectors on the headphones before inserting them into the charger helps. Lol. It actually does help

For the most part these are good headphones. As of late they've been very irritating because the charging mechanism randomly decides not to charge one of the sides. Super frustrating when i go to use and discover one is dead.

Found somebody on you tube that said "licking" the charging connectors on the headphones before inserting them into the charger helps. Lol. It actually does help

I love mine, great sound and comfort. They really stay in during workouts and running. Also good for airplanes since they block out a good bit of background noise. Only complaint is the charging like others have mentioned, but they do recharge quick so if one's dead it will charge in about 5 min for at least an hours use. Overall I recommend!

Walmart and Best buy has same price for other colour options as well. Only few colour options on amazon for $149.

Reviews so far have been pretty positive about the Beats Fit Pro. Going to try them since they have anc and seems to be staying in reviewers ears very well.

The design of these headphones is inherently flawed. I purchased one and quite often one of them was without charge. I returned that set and bought it again, thinking it was my specific piece. I didn't pay too much attention to the second pair, and realized they too have the same problem only after the return window had passed. I continued using them with the inconvenience, but slowly the problem became worse. Eventually I got fed up and shipped them to Apple for repair under warranty. Apple simply shipped them back saying there is no problem. I was very disappointed.

As far as I can tell, there are two problems with this headset. One is that the magnet to attach them to the case is weak. So the physical connection for charging is not reliable. You have to play around to make sure they charge, and even then when you close the case, the connection may not hold. The other problem is that the pair doesn't always disconnect with your phone even when it's inside the case. You can see that in the batteries widget on the iPhone. The headset is supposed to disappear a few seconds after closing the case, but sometimes it doesn't and just remains connected without you realizing. And then it loses charge over time.

The end result is that when you want to use the set and open the case, about one-third of the time one or the other ear-piece will not have any charge. Yes, you can seat it again, wait for 5-10 minutes while it charges enough and then use it. But it's annoying. There is no reliability. When you take it out of your case, you expect a full charge.

Eventually I bought the AirPods Pro an have been very happy with those. The Powerbeats pro are still lying around but I never use them. Waste of money. My advice is to stay from these. The same widespread complaint on Apple forums and on Amazon reviews shows that it's quite a common issue.

I just use a wet rag to the case ports and headset. Try that and see if you have some luck as well
