Might better to get a black refurb XM4 from Secondipity on Ebay for $200 - this one also comes with a 2-year warranty through Allstate.
Regarding the warranty, I just filed a claimed on my WF-XM3 earbuds that went dead that also had this same warranty and Allstate approved the claim on the spot with one of the options being a check for $71. I accepted this option because I bought the XM3 earbud for $80 from Secondipity
