This is the lowest I've seen. like a year o two ago it was this cheap and now is back.
regular price: $24.99

I'm still using the non plus version and loved it. Dropped it like 6 times and still working. Had no problems with touchpad.
The touchpad has this thin coating that started to peel off some time ago. I did have problems for a with the touchpad then, but after removing most of the coating it worked fine again.
Really love having a "mouse" included on the keyboard.

Had one and the touchpad was just a nightmare to use. Price is about right though
What can I even say that hasnt been already said. Probably one of if not the best option for HTPC or just wireless keyboards for cheap. Some say the touchpad is bad, they are expecting a macbook pro glass touchpad integrated into a keyboard for under $20
Dont be stupid like them
The best feature of this keyboard hands down is the mouse click button in the top left corner, allowing you to operate the trackpad with your right thumb and click with your left thumb. This lets you change your grip on the keyboard and use it more comfortably. Having a dedicated on/off switch is nice too. The biggest con I have is that the keyboard defaults to function keys, so when you're starting up your computer and need to use F keys, you have to hold the function key first and then the F keys, not that big of a deal though. Just dont expect to have a fantastic gaming experience with the trackpad/keys and youll be fine.
I use this for my "couch pc". Works just fine for using on your lap, I can't imagine using it for real work. Batteries seem to last forever.

Mine's 5 or more years old. I wouldn't use the tiny touchpad for anything that required fancy gestures. It's for moving a mouse a bit so you can type something.
Could have at least answered the question, right?

what do you use it for on the shield?
I also use one for the Nvidia Shield since it's way easier to type login info than with the onscreen keyboard. It also works great for remote gaming with Parsec or Steam Link, and sideloaded Android apps such as the Chrome browser and Zoom (yes I do zoom calls on the TV).

so i jsut tried it today and connected it to my tv. On the shield i could not type on netflix or youtube. Do you have to connect it to the shield directly to "search type" on those apps?

Also how did you sideload chrome browser on the shield?

I use to do a lot more freelancing and this would come in handy for your coffee shop presentation moments where you want to turn your laptop so they can see it but still be able to type and navigate websites etc. My pad seems to over react but you can adjust. Still love my Apple keyboard but this one is cheap and great for banging around. Hot keys were pretty easy to set up for Mac style as well.

Off-topic: is there any Bluetooth keyboard remaining out there that takes AA batteries? They all take AAA that I can see...

I picked two of these up on clearance at Target for $10/each a few weeks ago to use with my arcade cabinet and a RasPi. They're ok, at best.

The right shift key is in a really annoying spot.

Owned and have used two non-plus versions for several years with my media PCs. Great for simple OS mouse navigation, or typing into a search bar.

I would hate to try to do anything more intensive with it (articulate 'mouse'work, or extended typing, but it's Fantastic when used for media and similar purposes. Haven't found anything else for remotely near its price point that can compare.
