The reason it's best on PS5 is because of the Dual Sense controller. It has support for the adaptive triggers, so you get to feel the tension of pulling the trigger, and the right trigger rapidly bumps your finger, while firing fully-auto guns, to simulate recoil. Plus the haptic feedback of the rumble.
Idk if that's something they can patch in on PC. That would be cool if they do. I know the upcoming God of War port is going to support the Dual Sense on PC. I believe Deathloop supports it on PC.

You can go all "PC master race" on me, but I'm not saying the PS5 is actually a better system. There's just no debate that having the feel of the triggers simulating recoil and little haptic vibrations is better than clicking a mouse button and pressing buttons on a keyboard. The PC version is the equivalent of someone putting rims on their car. It's nicer to look at, but it adds nothing to the ride.

Anyhow, DRM aside, fantastic deal if you want this on PC to play legally now. Though, I anticipate it will be in future Capcom sales direct from Steam for similar, if not lower, prices eventually. May also show up on PS+ like RE7 did.

It's possible that the Steam description would say if it supports those features. I haven't checked on there. I saw press releases that mentioned it.
Idk how devs decide which games they're going to implement it in. It would be nice if, going forward, they just did that with any game that was also on PlayStation. Maybe eventually.
