These base QLED's are rated worse than my 2017 samsung LED lol. What gives, when you approach $1000 just bite the bullet and go OLED.

You can get a Hisense U6G 65" for $699 and get local dimming, better brightness, and Android TV. Better than this Samsung in pretty much every way

Hisense android interface is atrocious slow and constantly locks up tv. Half the time doesn't take voice commands. Solid picture though

I have the q70 and the speakers are so weak. The tv was easy to set up though because it was only 4 screws. I hate the rechargeable remote too.

I used to think Hisense was cheap garbage until I started to see them in use by people who purchased one. Hisense TVs are superior to Samsung. Do your due diligence and research before you buy Samsung.

No local dimming, 60hz refresh rate, only 3 hdmi ports, and no ultra black anti glare coating. These are the things that this tv lacks that my 2017 Samsung ks8000 has. I am going through a claim with square trade and this is the first tv they offered as a replacement, to which I refused for the above reasons.

A basic understanding of how speakers work and science will explain why no flat panel TVs have decent speakers and why sound bars are so popular. It's next to impossible to put decent drivers in a TV so thin, especially when people want no bezels. This was true of even the much thicker Plasmas I used to sell at work back in the day.
