Seems like a decent price. Wonder how feasible it would be to pop the panel open and solder on a micro usb cord to work with Pro/Pro2.

can you use these to charge any type/brand of cameras? or is the charging cord proprietary, only for Arlo?

Proprietary magnetic cord that appears to be non-removable.

If you need to charge other brands of cameras, you can always buy a $10 panel off Aliexpress with a micro-usb plug. You do have to figure out a way to mount those. Works well for my Eufy camera.

Alternatively the $19.99 Wyze Solar Panel which comes with a mount and required hardware along with the attached 13ft micro-usb cable can be combined with required USB adapters within a silicone sleeve (for waterproofing).

Its probably fine for most micro usb devices, but Arlo GO/Pro/Pro2 USB uses 9V charging. Also, finding a compatible cord is hit or miss, though I think Qualcomm 2.0+ USB chargers will output enough power. I've found one non-OE, micro USB that works with my Arlo, the other 30 cords and 20 USB wall plugs I have don't work.
