And the QHD + display (2560X1600) on that vs FHD+ display (1920x1200) on this..

Backlit is available if you customize it. Just not on this specific one. Touch screen is just not a popular feature. If it were, more laptops will have it.

Only $20 more than the black friday price of $729 if you want to wait till the end of the month. This is $50 cheaper than a previous frontpage deal but lacks the backlit keyboard and QHD resolution.

1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge); 2 SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate

Will this be able to run two external monitors?

Update: According to the chat rep, yes.

On paper it seems like this is better, but I don't think it has a Touchscreen.

Edit: better because of the 400 nits 100% sRGB display, the wifi 6 adapter, the 5800 cpu. Maybe it's worse in other ways. I don't know.

If you can ignore the touchscreen and display size, this is better every way. The Display can actually go near to 470 nits and due to its Matte nature, it is pretty solid outdoor usage, even for bright sunlight. The Lenovo has some advantages in number of ports and battery capacity, because of being a 3 lbs and 14" laptop.

Is AMD Ryzen™ 7 5800U with base speed of 1.9 GHz is good for day to day use or shall I wait for a deal on laptop with 5800H or 4800H with base speed of 3.2 and 2.9 GHz?

This will automatically boost its speed based on demand, I'd say for day to day use 5800U is already overkill because its 8 cores. Also the H laptops usually wont come in this size/weight and if they do, they'll be thermally limited anyway

More than enough and it is more than okay for demanding tasks like video encoding, coding, rendering editing as well.

There are multiple reviews regarding not enough cooling on this one and the cpu has been limited because of that
