Called Amex and they said the offer is currently only available to Platinum cardholders. They said it may become available in the future to Blue cardholders.

That link is only for non-AMEX issued cards. This is the main page for those offers. Interesting how they made it available for everyone using those cards, but not for their own issued cards. At least I had two cards to load it onto. Sadly, they do not have different card numbers for AU's like AMEX-issued cards do.
