Fine print says "After you enroll an eligible Card, you will not be able to enroll a second eligible card that you may have." So the one of those cards may not end up working for the rebate and you won't know for 90d which one is working.

Another fine print detail which could be significant - they don't allow you to use mobile wallets or readers. Not 100% sure what that means that perhaps means it won't work through Apple/Google Pay wallets. Also statement credit may take up to 90d

So far, I've gotten the $10 credit back 3 times from the same store. So, I assume I can do all 5 at the same store.

I am getting the same thing on my Delta AMEX. Is there a solution for this issue?
