You can return to store, the agent just needs to be experienced. I did it last year. One store said no, another store said yes

Made 1st in-store purchase, now looking to do 2nd purchase from ATT website. Apart from the danger of the order splitting apart and you go under $37.50, can you mix and match? And if two items have different delivery dates, is that a telltale sign it will ship separately?

I have the same issue. When the charge was pending, it showed at&t but when posted it says something else. Will have to return the item I guess.

Ordered online and picked up 2 Magsafe at nearest ATT, but now after charge posted they have changed merchant ID. Return it? cs wont agree if I call them?
I have ATT receipts to show for it

The at&t stores are a waste of time, I get mine delivered and I get the credit every time. The secret is buying 1 item per order that meets the minimum spend. If done correctly you should see the cashback post in about 7-10 business days.

Made 2 separate transactions for accessories. Just yesterday the credit hit my account, but it wasn't the $75 offer that I was expecting. It actually redeemed the AT&T Fiber offer which was $100. Even better!
