Must be their leftover stock from the last $29 clearance price. None of my Walmarts carry the Hart 6 gallon shop vacs any more, nor do they sell the accessories or shop vac bags for them. (Hart brand, you can get aftermarket ones for them)

I'm not sure if it would pick up much with a high filtration bag..I tried a Shop vac washable cloth filter and it just screamed..
