Their reasoning was that they ran out of the promotional item. I checked their webpage everyday after that and they had the item in stock, just at full price.
Ordered once from Northerntool and got cancelled on a clearance item.
Never bought from Tooltopia but I will find out if they can deliver.
I did a quick search online on Tooltopia and a couple sources rate it as a good merchant.
