Key Features:
Professional Steam Pocket Mop for sanitizing and cleaning sealed hard floor surfaces with the power of steam.
This revolutionary steam mop offers three distinct steam settings, each of which is ideal for different floor surfaces and specific cleaning needs.
Select more steam for tough cleaning tasks like stuck-on dirt or heavy traffic areas, less for everyday cleaning, or very light steam for light dusting or more delicate surfaces.
Two-sided steam pocket pads provide twice the cleaning area of other mops, with just a quick flip of the steam head.
Leaves surfaces cleaner than a traditional mop-and-bucket, which simply moves dirty water around the floor.
Corded (22.4' cord length)
180 Degree Maneuverability
Swivel Mop Head
Electronic Steam With Automatic Shut-Off
1 Year Limited Warranty
Also available: Walmart has Shark Professional Electronic Steam Corded Pocket Mop (SE450) on sale for $59. Shipping is free.

The mop pads come off, so you can just use a different pad for each room.
Have had one of these for a few years, few replacement heads as well. My experience, these are really nice for low traffic areas, like the bathroom and maybe a living room hardwood floor if you tend to keep your shoes off. But if you plan to use this in your kitchen, and spend plenty of time cooking at home, be prepared to use this thing maybe 5-6 times over before you get anywhere close to clean enough. First 1-3 runs over a kitchen floor, even with soap or whatever (which you shouldn't be using with one of these, fyi) will leave your floors feeling greasy and sticky. It only starts to come off on the last 3 runs, and you basically just stop until your satisfied.
IMO, nothing beats a real mop + proper grease cutting soap for a kitchen floor. these steam mops are really more so for polishing and getting the occasional stuck on stain off the floor with a bit of heat. you could do both with a regular mop, but a steam mop is more convenient in other areas of the house. just my two cents.

got a shark vacmop last week. a tiny vacuum plus a mop. not too shabby. lasts around 10-13 minutes, but it takes 3.5 hours to charge the nonreplacable battery. pads and cleaning solution are bought separately, and if you vacuum first and need your floors cleaned, you need to use two pads since the first one for vacuuming becomes dirty, as in if you have dirty floors that need some mopping. its quite heavyish when filled with cleaning solution, but for around the same price as this mop, plus solution and a pack of pads, not too shabby. vacuum+mop usually go for 300+ bucks. i like it. but, only works on hardfloors, no carpet whatsoever. unrelated to this deal, but info is info. repped.

just amazon it, should be on top, and should be on sale. with a pack of 30 pads and huge container of cleaning solution it came at around the same price as MSRP for just the vacmop. we got the VM252 model, and its currently 20% off. mind you, mop is just cleaning solution being sprayed, no heat, no nothing. if you need just the mop, OP may be better solution and it uses the same pad twice, unlike vacmop where you usually need to use two pads if your floors are dirty and need vacuuming first. now i see OP has steam, so if you need properish mop, this is better i guess. but we needed both vacuum and mop, so vacmop was right for our situation.

i've been needing mob to clean my kitchen flooring.
I was thinking of getting a wet swiffer but would something like this be better?
I have the Bissell brand steam mop and I like the concept of steam mops. Reusable pads (less waste) and you don't need any special detergents or chemicals to clean (less cost), I do recommend using distilled water (~$1/gallon) to avoid any build up on the heating coils. After I mop my floors feel very clean and doesn't have that gritty texture to it. Definitely recommend vacuuming before you mop though. also the steam dries within seconds instead of having to wait minutes with a normal mop and bucket.

thanks for the feedback and suggestion to use distilled water for longevity. went ahead and purchased this to try it out.
