Hopefully it isn't one of their silver colored pieces of crap. Who ever decided that SILVER was a good color for a laptop (especially the keys) should be fired for life.

Good specs and price though.

Display is a big let down. It's not even an IPS panel. Brightness is still 250 nits whether you get IPS or TN panel.

Other than that, not a bad price.

Definitely an unimpressive but still 1080p screen. If you shop enough refurbished devices in the $200-300 range you will still find plenty of 1366x768 screens; as such this 1080p default option is appreciated.

Overall this represents another solid price for value in this space. Such a laptop might reasonably retail at around $400-450, so this is a fair discount on that price. Only the improved graphics subsystem distinguishes this from the $340 i3-1125G4 from Target last week. That won't justify the price difference, but may make those of you without a time machine feel better.

You probably were sleeping on the $340 4-core i3-1125G4 from Target, which may well have been the best offer so far. This one will be the next best thing, but you're basically paying $40 for bragging rights about graphics improvements... that don't really amount to this laptop being some monster gaming rig.

Then again, I haven't seen any $40 time machine ads as of late in Craigslist...
