edit: ...Or not? Both aforementioned submissions worked (and are 'now available for pickup'); But my colleague just tried and only got one through.
the mobile order prompted 'the promo is not currently valid' message -- tried on another mobile platform, msg updated: 'One time use only promo. You previously used this on Nov 5....'
tl;dr: dual-applicable promo: ymmv
[otherwise I know for certain both mine were submitted on VPN-enabled devices, while colleague ordered via their native ip -- if that's worth anything?]

The problem (for me) is that Walgreens does these offers so frequently and I never kept track/organized my photos that I don't know what I've already printed in what size, so it takes me quite a while to try to find 4 new photos to print. Sometimes I skip the offer or just print something I've probably already printed to use as a gift to a family member. The amount of free 8x10s and 4x6s I've gotten from Walgreens in the last few years fills a couple large baskets (ones big enough to lay 8x10 envelopes flat).
Typically these offers last 2-4 days, but some have only lasted 1 day. Too bad Walgreens doesn't say when the deal ends, but sadly TLI on offers is common with many companies.

I found this out by accident, but if you try to use the code and there's an error (like you used it before or you don't have the right item in the cart), it tells you there's an error and then offers a 'More info' link that gives you info like what I cut/pasted, including the expiration date.
