Same price at Best Buy (for folks who don't have access to Costco).. Only 30 days of iFit though and I don't think install is included, so Costco has the better deal.
Costco services have been highly dismal lately, especially the delivery. I've been looking for a treadmill but the reviews about delivery and assembly, and my own experience dealing with Costco logistics for the past 6 months, is stopping me from buying another large item from Costco until they get their acts together. Here are some of the issues I experienced for a large purchase that took over double digit delivery corrections:
1. Dirty or broken merchandize - Costco does not check whether or not the product is in brand new shape before bringing into your house.
2. Does not keep delivery appointments. You'll be waiting for the delivery guy and no call no show, multiple times.
3. Have a delivery issue? Good luck getting through to Costco. It's at least another 2 hours of your time each time.
4. Truck driver wants to leave the broken item in your house, and wants you to schedule a pick-up for return - you can't but utter WTF to him right there and then.
Until Costco gets its logistics acts together, buy at your own peril. The upside? After going through all the chaos, you can get a decent compensation from Costco for your trouble. If you think your trouble is worth 50% off the product, (after 30 delivery attempts or something), then go for it.

Review seems pretty good for the treadmill delivery team. i guess these are some professional who only assemble treadmill as costco outsource these jobs? I ordered two couch past month and delivery was spot on also i returned one of the couch and no issue. Because of my previous experience with costco i am actually buying this treadmill from them.

My experience has been not great, but better than yours it seems. I order large items every few months and its been abt 70% successful. Once they left an item that was supposed to be assembled and refused to install, saying "someone will come this evening to install it" then when I called costco logistics, they told me the delivery team marked it as "customer refused installation" and they had to manually send someone else out A WEEK later. Another time, they left a HUGE mess of packing material/styrofoam etc in my house. Timing-wise, I've not had issues ever, appointments are punctual.
But to be fair, I've had the same if not WORSE experience with Best Buy installers, and for that after paying hundreds in assembly fees. Atleast costco is free.
I highly recommend being present and watch/supervise the assembly. These companies literally hire inexperienced people off the street as "technicians" who often cut corners. If you want a good installation, consider paying more to either buy from the manufacturer directly who uses authorized technicians, or hire someone privately with good reviews.

Unfortunately, have been attempting to get this from Costco since before the initial post, it has (and remains) out of stock. Additionally, the price is now $300 higher (sale on the OOS item is over).
