This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

Ok, I bit... 128Gb S7 FE and buds 2 for ~$120+tax. Trading in a galaxy S8.

It said pickup available tomorrow from my local best buy - so we'll see how that goes and if I can turn in my S8 there or I have to send it in directly to Samsung... Should be a fun experiment. Fingers crossed!

I did the same. Phone calls maybe 3-4 times and emails. Talked to tier 3 supervisor and who prepared a cart for me and sent me the link to purchase. No code or anything.

I've had an old asus nexus tablet laying around, might be a good time to use it for a trade in.

Looks like they charge sales tax for the pre discount total. so ends up being 235 in CA
