This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

My order just shipped, arriving Wednesday the 10th. Does anyone know what happens when you send in your trade in? Do they email you letting you know they received it and it was approved, or do they only contact you if they are rejecting it?

Does anyone happen to have the screen shot of the trade in value of all the devices at$350? Specifically the tab pro 12? Chatting with Samsung to try and see if 8 can send in another device bc they screwed up the trade in device on the confirm email

I took a video and picture starting with turning on the tablet then showing the tablet on my order screen with the $350 trade-in value, unplugged the power showing it can take a charge and works without the charger, and then reset the tablet, went around the tablet top and bottom and then just wrapped it in bubble wrap and stick it inside the original nexus 7 2012 box that I still have around

they better give me the full 350 credit

I feel like everyone is getting really paranoid about this....I just checked how much I paid for my Galaxy Tab S6 last year around this time.

I got it for $240 without a trade in...so the discount is most likely legit and a way to move the product very fast before the S8 drops...which leaks are already out for.
