This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

Placed an order for the S7 256 for the LOL. I had a ecoupon I want to use, and want to re-activate to extend the date if they cancel it. Total came out to be like $23 plus trade in my old pixel 3 laying around. Also 10% CB added for the LOL.
This is obviously a price error on the trade in value. Samsung might actually own up to this mistake given how it turned out last time. Anyhow, looking forward to the dramas.

Not necessarily. It is really a mess. I had to file complaints with FTC to get it resolved even after tens of emails and messages and phone calls. For some it wasn't resolved even with all of these
