This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

Note: they mention they can even remotely disable your device (!!!) if they feel you haven't kept up your end of the deal with a proper trade-in.

Samsung, at this point, is just plain stupid. They keep doing these deals and then cancel. I am so triggered from the last cancellation, not even sure if I want to go through this...really nice deal though

Insane deal! Traded my pixel 3a for the mystic navy and free buds = $151.90 total. Also regarding the trade, I've done many trades with Samsung in the past and everything went smoothly. Just take pictures of your device before shipping and make sure it's in good condition.

Great deal. The cheapest eligible table I found on Amazon is a Lenovo E8 in like new-renewed condition for $69.99. I'm sure it won't be like new but as long as it turns on and the screen's not broken.
