This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

How do you change to shipping? It automatically populates to pickup at Best Buy and I want it shipped instead.

I have an iPad Air which has a problem with the charging port, only charges in certain position. I am, however, able to get it to charge. The eligibility says it must "power on, hold a charge and not turn off unexpectedly" so do I risk it and try it based on that criteria? I feel they must get pretty liberal with charging people the $350 from the responses here

In for some heartburn - I picked the Tab S2 8" trade. Mine is rooted and running another ROM. Probably have to restore it to stock before i send it in. Pickup at BB tomorrow.

Was able to place the order for $150 and picking up at Best Buy tomorrow morning. I'm really hoping this ends up being true and/or no major issues with this one.... Will continue to follow the posts here to see what others happen and post anything again myself.

Oos 128 gb and others going fasssst, got a 512 gb one to go thru... got me for an extra hundo for it but the 256 and 512 come with 8 gb of Ram instead of 6 on the 128.
