This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

It should work cause it says ipad 9.7 inch. It doesn't specify which generation..make sure it works and there is no apple id attached to it. If I were you , I would reset it through itunes and bypass that old plug in to itunes part so when Samsung receives it and turns it on they can test it without having to go through that step of having to connect it to itunes.

Yup. Got 4. One still on the stand for weather/clock etc. The other ones battery bulge and won't charge/turn on. It's spare parts for the other one.

I ordered but I'm worried about them honoring the trade in amount. I ordered a Tab A7 last December and selected the iPad 9.7 because I had an iPad 3 and people were saying they had iPad 2/3/4 accepted before. Anyways, it took weeks to arrive, sent in the trade in a few days later, but they didn't process it for weeks. They rejected the trade in but wouldn't let me return the unopened A7 tablet because it was past the 14 day return period, even though it took them over 3 weeks to process the trade in, which of course my decision to purchase hinged on.

This time, I selected iPad Air 2 because I have one to send in but it's usually only listed as a $150 trade in, so everything being $350 definitely seems wrong.

Won't touch Samsung deal with a 10-foot pole. Make sure you take screenshots, photos and documents everything. The last time I had to fight with them and eventually my credit card company stepped in my favor. You are about to experience a whole world of hassle. No thank you.

Ordered an hour ago Samsung FE 64gb+ buds2 for $76+tax for $120. I choose Google tablet as trade-in and I am going to send my old Nexus 10 hopefully goes through.
