Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

• My device did not qualify for the trade-in, can Samsung send in my trade in device to be returned back to me?
Yes, since the trade in device did not meet the criteria needed, you have the option to send it back to the originally shopping address on file by visiting the My Orders page to request your device be returned. The full instant discount applied at checkout will be charged to the same payment account used for your new phone purchase.
If your rejected Trade-in Device has a damaged or swollen battery, it is unsafe to ship and cannot be returned to you.
I will make a video of working phone when I send it for trade-in.

Decided to go for the fe 12.4 so I tried to cancel the order to get the free buds again and Samsung couldn't cancel the order. Guess the order is already processing at Best Buy.
