This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

If you do best buy pick up, do you give best buy your trade in at store?

I made an order and am going to be ReaLy stressed out till I figure out how I get the trade in to samsung. I see no instructions, including in my email.

Someone Please explain this to me. I'm sure others want to know to (or Should).

Both times, Samsung didnt give the credit as promised but i took a picture and video of the phone i sent, emailed it to the CS and they gave me the credit i deserve. It looks like Samsung itself is not the company dealing with trade ins so just protect yourself by saving evidence.

Good advice. The tablet I'm planning to send is old and cheap, but it's in near-mint condition. Mostly because I never used it all that much.
