This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

Note: they mention they can even remotely disable your device (!!!) if they feel you haven't kept up your end of the deal with a proper trade-in.

You won't find a decent working tablet for 150 these days, especially it also comes with a free headphones that launched a few months ago. That samsung tablet packs some new tech as well.

Okay sweet! The system is sporadic so I was able to actually pick it up.
I even asked if the return policy was only 14 days; they told me that it was under Best Buy's and we have until janurary—like what the above posters mentioned

With all honesty, I have done maybe 15-20 trade-ins. Zero issues so far. I do make sure to take pictures, write down the serial numbers, clean up the device and check for any minor dings or hair cracks. But I still feel like Samsung can screw you any moment lol
