Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

Note: they mention they can even remotely disable your device (!!!) if they feel you haven't kept up your end of the deal with a proper trade-in.

I wonder why they turned off the pickup option saying only unlocked and non financed items qualify for pickup?? Everyone here is paying full and all unlocked. And thus no way to order for BB pickup just because Sammy's online inventory of a particular tablet flavor is OOS?
The BB stores around me had most of the Tablet varieties and graphite or white buds in stock. . .
Picked up both the tablet (Galaxy Tab S7 128GB) and the headphones (Galaxy Buds2) from my local Best Buy. I also picked up a brand new Samsung Tab A there for $100 since I discovered my original trade-in had 2 very minor but ultimately likely disqualifying chips on the plastic lining around the screen. Waiting on the Samsung trade-in email as I type this up... Can't imagine I'm going to run into any trade-in issues since I'll be exchanging literally a brand new Samsung tablet but I'll keep the new tablet unopened just in case as I'm in no rush.
Current (and hopefully final) expenses
$159.89 (paid through Paypal for the total bundle of Tab S7 and Buds 2 and YT Premium)
$105.99 (paid with credit card at Best Buy for the Tab A to avoid trade-in hassle)

Your Tab A (2019) is T-290* which you picked up from BB. The representatives may also not clearly know so you are basically taking a hassle. Good luck.

There are lot of orders waiting to be picked up around 7-8 from what I see. I don't know how many are already picked up.
Store Rep got confused gave me another person buds to me, my name and other order name is similar. Just managed to get my buds correctly, it would have been mess if I wanted to return it.
My first order cancelled from another BB. I one set in my cart on another browser before they are out of stock. It allowed me to pickup even after it showed OOS after 3 hours as I had them in cart.
Also just picked new Lenovo Tab from walmart for $64 M8 for trade in.
Tab S7 FE 256gb for $200
then Tab S7+ 256gb for $380

Has anyone who did the BB pickup noticed that that prepaid shipping label shows the return address as that of the BB store you picked up from (instead of your home address)? Not liking that situation if it ends up getting returned to sender for some reason!
I'm not really sure what to do. I guess I just document the condition of my Tab S2 9.7 really well and hope they don't play games.
