This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

Picked mine up from BB and the employee asked "Is there some sort of deal going on for these (tablets)?". I gave her the heads up and asked her if there were a bunch in the cabinet and she said "yep!". Anyway, just purchased some tablets/phones off eBay in good condition for my trade-ins and hopefully it'll go without a hitch. These Samsung deals are a crapshoot, however.

How many of you are grabbing an open box 2019 Galaxy Tab A for trade in? Like others, today (NEW) language is freaking me out. I'll probably still do this but want others to share in my misery if it doesn't work out lol

Once you drop off the package at the FedEx store, it's not your problem anymore whether it's lost or stolen off the truck. Once the FedEx store scans your package, Samsung owns the package, period.

Missed out on this deal but I will comment that to successfully do a trade-in, make sure you reset everything to factory defaults. Had to do it on my Samsung Watch. Just print the sheet out and put the trade-in slip inside and tape the label in front of a box that you'll ship with. Drop it off at FedEx and you're set. Make sure the device you ship with has enough power (doesn't have to be fully charged but I wouldn't send it with less than 50% remaining).

i got screen shot for both lenovo and asus and another screenshot from customer service that all models are accepted. I traded in lenovo m8 and asus nexus 7

In the trade in drop down it says (NEW) after Galaxy Tab A. There's a 2019 version which is mostly what you find at BB and a newer model number. So I'm a little paranoid they'll only take the newest ones.
