This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

I went with the s7+, free buds 2 and hopefully $87 return from honey. Felt it was good value.

Says it was shipped today. Hoping the trade in value of my iPad is honoured

I honestly think this was a mistake, but they will honor it. After the last fiasco, I think a company as big of Samsung doesn't want another PR disaster. Even if they promised thousands of $350 in the last 24 hours, it's peanuts for their bottom line

I second that ...the $350 TIV may have been a legit thing, but at the same time them doing the price markdown of the S7 Tabs + the higher TIV value do NOT MAKE SENSE..

Semi-regretting selecting to trade in my iPhone 6S. I know it's not worth anything, but it is basically a brand new untouched phone in the box I got from my work for free back in 2017.

Debating whether or not I should pick up a cheap good condition 6S online to trade instead.

What are you trading in to get that price? I tried to replicate it but only got $60 for my LG G8 phone. Final price was over $900 and no free earbuds.

Yeah i am not opening the tab until my trade in got approved. I am sending in a windows 8 lenovo tablet that has been sitting in my closet for the past 4+ years. If i can't get the trade in work on time I will just return it and let them keep that trash for me LOL. i got a free recycle atleast.
