This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

I selected Lenovo Tablet for the trade-in during checkout. After picked up my order at BestBuy today, I received trade-in shipping label. It just said send my tablet by 11/21. It does not specify "Lenovo" in the trade-in label. Just wander if I can just send in any tablet (I need to buy Lenovo tablet, but I have another new 7" Verizon NextBook tablet in hand)?

So, everyone who picked up from Best Buy. What are you all doing about the return/sender address being the local BB where we picked the tab up.

I myself deleted the BB address and wrote my own on the fedex label, but I'm not naive and know if it did come to a return situation (I hope not!), it will still be the BB address that is tied to the order/barcode they will end up scanning.

I may add a brief, note on the pack in slip, but yeah, I doubt that would do anything to clear the sender address situation up.

You have to be OK with the chances of not getting your old tablet back. That I'm OK with that. But yeah, that should work.

Another way to look at this is that this is Samsung's strategy to get ppl to switch over to using Samsung devices. $350 to acquire new customers or retain existing customers is cheap.
