This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

I have a best buy pickup order where the tablet was cancelled (I assume due to BB stock), but the buds2 are now showing ready for pickup. They still show $0 in the order details with samsung - anyone know what ends up happening if I pick up?

Right but if I return the tablet then I get my money back. I read there is a 5 day window for requesting the device back. I just don't want to get charged the $350 so I would just return the tablet. Just not sure if they have a restocking fee.

Try it, you should have at least 2 weeks to return the buds. If they canceled the tablet then you should be getting all your money back. If they try charging your card for the buds just return them.

The 2gb is not that necessary. I have 6gb, am a heavy multitasker, and it always has 1.7ish free. Nothing is getting killed for lack of ram and wont be for a long time.

I have a Tab s6 with 8gb of ram and a Tab S6 with 6gb and it does make a noticeable difference. I just ordered the s7+, and I didn't think twice about spending the extra money for the 8gb version.

Ordered the 128gb s7, with the graphite earbuds on Friday. Items were eligible for pick up on Saturday. Ended up picking it up today at the Glendale Galleria Samsung Experience Store (socal).

Trading in my old iphone 6s+, great condition. Will be shipping it out tomorrow and will post the progress.

After being on the fence about this deal, I decided to go ahead with it and picked up my two orders (64 and 128GB FE). Haven't received the trade in emails yet. Have a couple of Nexus 7 tablets I will be trading it. Chat rep confirmed that Nexus 7 is okay to trade in under "Google Tablet". I asked him to put it in the notes for the order, and I also saved the chat transcript.
